08/27/2023 The entire experience from the warm greeting at the door to Dr. Bibb herself doing my cleaning was the highlight of my day. They were so punctual and polite. 09/01/2021 I had a cavity filled there less than a year ago. It popped out so I went in to see what they could do. I am 8 months pregnant. I am terrified of the dentist because of some past traumas and usually need to be sedated to have major dental work done. Not only did they not take responsibility for the filling coming out - the hygenist said to me "how're you going to have a baby if you can't even get dental work done without anesthesia". NOPE. I won't be returning to a place where they are this insensitive to patients. Amber Goulard Google

10/23/2020 came here for a second opinion on price, and this was a great decision. had a little confusion when calling to request the 2nd opinion, but after that was resolved, i had a really great experience. no wait, knowledgeable and experienced professionals, & newest technology. very attentive to detail to line my crown out just right; in case you are newer to dental insurance, what i have noticed is that all the people that answer the phone at a dentist office say that they take/ honor prices of all insurances. this is mostly true for cleanings perhaps, but perhaps not for other types of work. if you have metlife, i would strongly, strongly encourage you to consider Design Dental (note: review written 10/20) Doug Tomich Google

08/07/2020 I have tried many phone calls, emails and messages through their online contact system every few months over the last year, trying to get in touch with them about the incorrect claim they submitted to my insurance. No one has ever responded to me (or if they answer the phone they say they will call back after looking into it and then do not call). It is very frustrating and I refuse to go back until it is resolved because I don't want ANOTHER incorrect claim to be filed. Cristina Tortarolo Google
