04/02/2020 My family and I got dental work August/September 2019. I paid upfront because my dental insurance can be tricky. Its April and I still have not received a refund for what my insurance paid. At first the receptionist gave me the run around. Even avoided my calls. She got fired and another contacted me. She seemed nice and said she would try and straighten out the issue. This was over a month ago. I paid with my credit card with expectation to have my refund within the 6 months. At this point I'm now paying interest for this work. Cindy Romano Google
03/16/2020 I tried to schedule an appointment to see Dr Bibb. I was referred by a friend. I walked in last week on Tuesday.
The receptionist with black hair and long eye lashes told me they were closed. She took my name and number down but never called me back.
I guess I will never get to meet the Dr that was highly recommended to me now. Bad business. Please keep in mind I was bringing in a family of five to this dental office as possible new patient /customers . Unprofessional and rude front desk lady I wish I could of gotten her name . 02/10/2020 I’ve been going to DDG for more than 8 years now. I really love how they treat pacients. Liza, Mao and Dr. Bibb are very caring and they listen and treat you first class. 02/06/2020 I have had a positive experience working with the team at Design Dental Group. I have been a patient here for a few years. The office is very contemporary and well maintained. There is plenty of parking, waiting room is welcoming, and there is a variety of treats if you are waiting on a friend or loved one. All equipment is in great condition and office overall is very hygienic. The office uses a great appointment reminder system, that texts you a week before and day of your appointment. There is no way you could forget! Dr. Bibb is very kind and non-judgmental, extremely professional. The hygienist and dental assistant ensure that each patient understands how to care for and clean their mouth. I had not been to the dentist for a few years prior to my visit and the team worked with me to establish a care plan to get my teeth in great shape again. I feel supported and encouraged after I leave my appointments. If you live in the Rice Military area, Design Dental Group is the place for your dental care. Mari Gray Google
02/06/2020 The team at Design Dental is fantastic! I was with my previous dentist for over a decade, but they no longer accepted my insurance. Unfortunately, I broke a tooth one day, and was forced into finding a new dentist immediately. I struck gold! Dr. Bibb and her team were incredibly understanding and got me in right away. Everyone was very pleasant and seemed truly happy to be doing their jobs - which is a rarity! Thanks to the team at Design Dental - I have found my new "dental home"!! Chelsea Conrad Google
11/07/2019 I had an appointment confirmed for January 29 at 2:00 PM and took off work to attend. The day before the appointment, I received a text stating there was a change in the hygienist’s schedule and that my appointment needed to be rescheduled.
Considering patients are warned about a $50 cancellation fee within 48 hours, it was frustrating to have the office cancel on their end less than 24 hours before and communicate it only by text. A phone call would have been far more respectful given the short notice and the impact on my work schedule.
The follow-up communication was also confusing, as I was told “see you tomorrow” after I had already declined. Overall, the lack of clear and professional communication is why I won’t be returning. Jarriel Hunter Google
