02/06/2020 The team at Design Dental is fantastic! I was with my previous dentist for over a decade, but they no longer accepted my insurance. Unfortunately, I broke a tooth one day, and was forced into finding a new dentist immediately. I struck gold! Dr. Bibb and her team were incredibly understanding and got me in right away. Everyone was very pleasant and seemed truly happy to be doing their jobs - which is a rarity! Thanks to the team at Design Dental - I have found my new "dental home"!! Chelsea Conrad Google

11/07/2019 I had an appointment confirmed for January 29 at 2:00 PM and took off work to attend. The day before the appointment, I received a text stating there was a change in the hygienist’s schedule and that my appointment needed to be rescheduled. Considering patients are warned about a $50 cancellation fee within 48 hours, it was frustrating to have the office cancel on their end less than 24 hours before and communicate it only by text. A phone call would have been far more respectful given the short notice and the impact on my work schedule. The follow-up communication was also confusing, as I was told “see you tomorrow” after I had already declined. Overall, the lack of clear and professional communication is why I won’t be returning. 09/12/2018 Take your teeth anywhere else! Waited 40 minutes in the lobby. Went in and after 30 minutes of X-rays and measurements, only cleaning they are willing to do would be $600 out of pocket and that’s with Cigna PPO. Frustrated these type of scam dentists are even allowed. Jason Google

08/23/2018 Dr. Bibb and the staff at Design Dental are by far the friendliest, most professional, and caring group of professionals you will ever meet. I have never had a bad encounter in 7 years. They are very accommodating to your needs and work with and around your schedule. I will continue to drive 40 minutes (or more if I ever move) be seen there. You will not be disappointed!! 08/09/2018 I have been a patient of Dr. Bibbs for about 10 years now. I started going to Design Dental for cleanings and then got Invisalign. Everyone at the office is always friendly and calls me by my name. I go visit them every 3 month for my cleaning and actually enjoy my visits. Who can say that of their dentist?
