06/27/2016 This is Rodney Alix and I love design dental. They help me revise my smile . Dr. Bibbs and her staff are very friendly and professional. 06/18/2016 Been a patient for 3 years and am impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. They work me in quickly when I have a dental problem. They also provide with a range of options to fit my budget.

05/27/2016 I visited Dr. Bibb for the first time this past week. I was very impressed by the office, its staff, and their professionalism. The staff is friendly and professional. The office is impressive. And Dr. Bibb was very knowledgeable. Her staff seem to really know what they're doing. I will certainly be going back. Jillian Hawkins Google

Despite all that happened, The front office staff, although were polite, apparently read this review before calling to reschedule, And instead of trying to correct these issues as a one would expect a professional would do, they refused to see me. When I asked what they took issue with on the review, they said the second cancelation was incorrect and the statement that they didn't have their act together was troublesome. When I asked to be connected to the dentist Voicemail- they "couldn't do it"~ It is unfortunate because the dentist and the staff in the back were very nice. I was never rude or raised my voice. And would have edited my review to reflect how they handled this situation. Nothing I have written is inaccurate and the statement that they didn't have their act together was true on this day.

I had to wait a month to get an appointment for my cleaning. It was rescheduled twice and I had to call back to finally get an appointment because I was not called back. I went in and filled out all the new patient forms and was taken back told I needed pictures, they were taken the dentist came to have a look and I had a couple of SMALL cavities (just saw the another dentist 6 months ago) had to switch bc of insurance. I was given the "treatment plan and it was over $1500- to be fair they had to replace a crown bc mine was loose. I found a charge that should not have been there. I asked them if they had the right ins information and they assured me over and over that I did. I was going to do the cavities and cleaning and pay almost $400 anyway bc I didn't want to wait another month. Then they said they were to far behind and could not preform the cleaning I had waited a month for. Really?? if that wasn't enough I had to PAY for an office visit that WAS NOT going to be credited to the $1500 worth of dental they were charging me. I asked why wasn't I told about the Fee at the time of the appointment or when I filled out all the new patient forms.. HERE IS THE KICKER- after all of that I called the insurance and they had the WRONG PLAN!! I should have not paid anything at check out! Oh an my cavities, they were anywhere NEAR what they wanted EVEN though I told them so! Try $5 to $100- I would have paid aprx $30 for the cavites and $5 for the cleaning. Although the Dr. was nice, they do not Have their act together. I should have listened to the reviews I read!! Dee Macomber Google

03/25/2016 Dr. Bibb and her staff were excellent. This was my first visit. They were friendly, efficient, and concerned for my comfort. When going to a new dentist, I'm always concerned about being up-sold into more expensive treatments - none of that here! We discussed some long standing dental issues I have and Dr. Bibb's suggestion was to continue to monitor and see how things progress - quite a reasonable plan. And they did a great job with my cleaning!

03/22/2016 My girlfriend at the time (now wife) introduced me to Design Dental Group when I moved to Houston. They have always done a great job taking care of my cleanings and whitening services. 12/08/2015 Just got my 6 month cleaning and i wanted to purchase some bleach for my teeth, when i got to check out i was told everything was on the house! Dr. Bibb is very warm and the team gets you in fast. Paige Fox Google
11/07/2015 I have 2 preventative regular teeth cleanings through my dental plan yearly for which I pay the regular monthly premium plus $5 for the copay for the regular cleaning.
This Design Dental Group on Washington refused to do a regular cleaning stating that I needed a "deep cleaning". I said I couldn't afford the deep cleaning but they still refused to do a regular cleaning. They also insulted me by saying " you've never had braces, have you?" I felt that was a pretty rude way of saying that. I had braces as a teenager, they just want to sell extra products they offer like braces and don't care how they treat their patients. 10/16/2015 I had no issues with the hygienist or dentist who did the regular cleanings/check-ups but I was disappointed when I decided to switch (for personal reasons) and I was informed that there was a charge to get my records sent to me. After complaining, I was not charged the fee but I'm still surprised this is standard practice. Maurilio Sanchez Google
