02/28/2017 I have been a patient at this office for several years now. While the experience started out well, customer service has devolved to the point that I will be taking my business elsewhere.
It all started last November. I called to make an appointment for a routine cleaning. They told me I couldn't make an appointment right now because they were full but to call back in December to make an appointment. So I called back in December.
In December I couldn't make an appointment because they were full. I asked to schedule whenever they had availability in the future and they told me they weren't making any appointments past the end of the year because the doctor was making some changes in which insurances she accepted. They offered to let me be on a waiting list if someone canceled and told me to call back in January.
At this point I was pretty annoyed but I had been with them for several years so I decided to try again. I called late January / early February and asked to schedule an appointment. The woman who answered the phone said she thought they might have availability that week and asked if she could call me right back. I said yes. In a shocking turn of events, she didn't call back.
I called the next day to follow up and got sent to voicemail. I left a message explaining the entire timeline of events and asking them to return my call within one business day or I would assume they no longer wished for me to be a patient. Still NEVER heard from them and it's been several weeks.
I am thoroughly disgusted with the treatment of a long-time patient. There's clearly something going on at this office. I never had a problem with their dental care and, in fact, often recommended them. Well, no more. Doesn't matter how great you are if you have abysmal customer service. See ya! Lacy Johnson Google
01/05/2017 Since I've been coming to Design Dental Group, I've had nothing but great experiences. From the moment I walk in, I'm greeted by name which makes you feel very welcoming, even during my visit all the way through until I walk out the door. 12/19/2016 I have been coming to Design Dental for about 15 years and I have always had a great experience. Everyone there is friendly yet professional. They do very good work and make you feel comfortable as a patient. I have never been disappointed in the dental services I have received and I would recommend this place to anyone. :) Chay Clayton Google

10/12/2016 Nothing has changed since my last post. I love this office and the people who work there. The staff as well as Dr. Bibbs are so professional and it is such a calm environment. 08/11/2016 This was my second visit to Design Dental Group and the service has been consistent; the dentist is engaging, professional staff and hospitable environment. I love the office set-up and decor.
It has been a pleasant surprise each time because I am a highly critical individual and expect top notch service.

08/10/2016 Three years ago I started to have severe pain in three of my teeth. I called several dental offices, but nobody would accept my HMO insurance. Finally, a co-worker referred me to her dentist, Dr. Bibb, who she had been seeing for years and highly recommended. Dr. Bibb and her team took such great care of me from start to finish! When I called, they told me they would gladly accept my insurance and work with me on any amount I owed out of pocket. Because I was having pain, Dr. Bibb was kind enough to work me into her busy schedule right away. Dr. Bibb was able to save two of my teeth by crowning them. Unfortunately, the third tooth could not be saved. However, Dr. Bibb gave me a referral to a great oral surgeon, who was able to extract the tooth quickly before it gave me any further problems. Since seeing Dr. Bibb, I haven’t had any more issues with my teeth. I’d like to sincerely thank Dr. Bibb and the entire Design Dental Team for providing me with such a great experience! I would highly recommend Dr. Bibb to anyone who’s looking for a friendly, compassionate, and highly competent dentist!
