01/05/2017 Since I've been coming to Design Dental Group, I've had nothing but great experiences. From the moment I walk in, I'm greeted by name which makes you feel very welcoming, even during my visit all the way through until I walk out the door. They do very good work and make you feel comfortable as a patient. 10/12/2016 Nothing has changed since my last post. I love this office and the people who work there. The staff as well as Dr. Bibbs are so professional and it is such a calm environment. 08/11/2016 This was my second visit to Design Dental Group and the service has been consistent; the dentist is engaging, professional staff and hospitable environment. I love the office set-up and decor. It has been a pleasant surprise each time because I am a highly critical individual and expect top notch service. 08/10/2016 Three years ago I started to have severe pain in three of my teeth. I called several dental offices, but nobody would accept my HMO insurance. Finally, a co-worker referred me to her dentist, Dr. Bibb, who she had been seeing for years and highly recommended. Dr. Bibb and her team took such great care of me from start to finish! When I called, they told me they would gladly accept my insurance and work with me on any amount I owed out of pocket. Because I was having pain, Dr. Bibb was kind enough to work me into her busy schedule right away. Dr. Bibb was able to save two of my teeth by crowning them. Unfortunately, the third tooth could not be saved. However, Dr. Bibb gave me a referral to a great oral surgeon, who was able to extract the tooth quickly before it gave me any further problems. Since seeing Dr. Bibb, I haven’t had any more issues with my teeth. I’d like to sincerely thank Dr. Bibb and the entire Design Dental Team for providing me with such a great experience! And the design dental group they very helpful and knowledge of my insurance.Treatments very gentle and all the staff very caring and explain all details before I left,I will refer all my family and friends .thank you all for being so professional.
